credentials on jenkins

Andrew Bayer resolved INFRA-8785.
---------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Ok, should be done now - it's not there on the cloud-provisioned slaves (or the slave named penates, because that's down at the moment), but it's there on everything else, and will be there on the next run of cloud-provisioned slaves. You can exclude the cloud-provisioned slaves by adding "&& !cloud-slave" to the label your job is tied to.

> I need a way to enter npm credentials into jenkins in a secure way so we can publish our nightly snapshots (testing purpose only). This is the last step required for me to get nightlies to work.
> It was mentioned that role accounts could be configured to work. I have no idea what role accounts are and if they would help in this case.
