New Axis2 Snapshot?

I have been to the following URL and there has not been a new snapshot since
Feb. 27 2010.  Is this still the site to pull down the latest axis2
snapshot?  The reason I am using the snapshot because of the WSDL errors
that are returned when using HTTPS.
