Mailing list migration

The Apache Infrastructure team will soon rename our dev, user, and commits
mailing lists to the following respective names:

shiro-dev@incubator.apache.org
shiro-user@incubator.apache.org
shiro-commits@incubator.apache.org

This will not affect any existing subscribers, but you should update your
address books once this change occurs.  I'll notify the lists again when the
change has been made so you know when to do that.
