Fixed: Product image is not displayed on showcart page of ecommerce.
(OFBIZ-10738)
Thanks Arpit Mor for reporting the issue and Praveen Sharma for providing the patch.
It was occuring due to incorrect encoder type used and so URL was not creating properly to render the image.
