   ### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
   
   Users should have the option to mount the boot partition of the SD card during board startup to view the files.
   
   ### Describe the solution you'd like
   
   A Kconfig option that when enabled, allows the user to mount the boot partition of the SD card to NuttX so that it can be interacted with through file system operations (`ls`, `cd`, etc.). Depends on #16948.
   
   ### Describe alternatives you've considered
