Windows NT 4.0 SP 5.  Apache as part of the ORACLE Internet Application Server.

Oracle Ias tries to configure the http service. I get Error 1067 - process unexpectedly terminated.  I ran Apache from command line and the error in the Error log is as follows: "ApacheJServ/1.1: Exception creating the server socket: java.net.Bindexception: Address in use: bind"
