   Check firewall rules on the mgmt server and ensure agent can connect to mgmt server on port 8250. Next, ensure while adding kvm host the user/password can ssh from mgmt server to kvm host and can execute sudo. On kvm host while adding the host by default it will configure libvirtd to be tls enabled. This error seems to be libvirtd related: Connection with libvirtd is broken: invalid connection pointer in virConnectGetVersion. Can you try to restart libvirtd and agent?
