"No such representation" error

When I use:
jociel> svn -m notepad commit

I get the error in Portuguese:

Adicionando    jociel
Adicionando    jociel\Novo(a) Documento de texto.txt
Transmitindo dados do arquivo .svn: Commit falhou (detalhes a seguir):
svn: Não existe representação: '1kav'

or the error in English:

Adding    jociel
Adding    jociel\Novo(a) Documento de texto.txt
Transfering data from file .svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: No such representation: '1kav'


This error occurs when I use commit or update.

What is the problem with SVN?

I'm using subversion 1.3.0 with MSWindows XP 2002 SP2.

I was using this subversion perfectly during six months before.
