The current features.xml contains a link to the Karaf 2.1.0 features repo. When installed to Karaf 2.1.3 this adds the Karaf 2.1.0 repo url to Karaf.
So two Karaf feature sets are present. This is not good.
I propose to remove the repository link as the Karaf features are present in Karaf anyway.
