missing mod_jk.conf-auto ???

Hi guys,

I was able to start Tomcat successfully but the file mod_jk.conf-auto does 
not get generated, can someone advise what could be a misstep that I may 
have made? This has prevented me from starting http (cos httpd.conf has the 
include to this file but httpd runs fine with the include)
