Beside each exception we plan to show number of hosts on which this exception happened. When someone hovers on that number, we should show hover of what hosts that number applies to.
This should be in the style of bootstrap tooltip http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/javascript.html#tooltips instead of popover.
We have implemented the same hovers in service reconfigure sections for host overrides/exceptions.
