[users@httpd] Apache crashes

First, let me state that I know nothing about Apache. The person who
installed Apache is no longer at the company.

 

Apache was working fine, but I needed to stop/start the service, and
after that it stopped working.

 

Below is all of the pertinent information (that I can think of):

 

Windows Server 2003

Apache/2.2.10 mod_perl/2.0.3 Perl/v.5.8.8

 

Apache Error log:
