Authentication failure

Hi everyone,

I have been trying on LDAP over startTLS. I followed this link:

everything worked perfectly.

Now i can't authenticate any user using Knox Gateway Login service. I have
also generated Self-Signed certificate for knox, but still cant
authenticate any user.

Can anyone please help me knowing the root cause? it's a very dreadful
situation as the working stuff has been stopped now
