[PATCH] commit-email.pl: correct usage message

[[[
* tools/hook-scripts/commit-email.l.in
  Simplify usage message, and make it correct.

Patch: Greg Price <pr...@mit.edu>
]]]

The increasingly long list of options governed by -m was missing
--from and --stdout, and would take nearly a whole line in the text
(twice!) if corrected to include them. Better to just name the one
exception than enumerate the rest of the options.
