[GitHub] trafficserver issue #1622: Delete proxyAbstractBuffer.{cc,h}

GitHub user danobi opened an issue:

    These files are never used, despite the fact that other comments seem to indicate otherwise.
    
    Just another day in the logging subsystem, I guess.
