Mutual TLS support

Hello,
Does Avatica support mutual TLS? If so, could someone please provide
relevant documentation on how to set it up?

Based on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-2285 I think so.
There is also
https://calcite.apache.org/avatica/docs/security.html#custom-authentication if
you wanted to do something custom.

From a quick look I don't think we have explicit steps how to set it up
today. Contributions are always welcome.
