   最后反映出是空指针，问题是2.7.22不会出错，其他没动

   我这是好几台服务器升级的，其他不会报错，就这台机子会报这个错

   请检查这个服务是不是存在 RPC 调用的情况。在 Dubbo 3.x 中，所有 RPC 调用（即使本地已经发布了）都会走序列化的深拷贝。所以要求即使是本地已经发布的服务也需要实现 Serializable 接口。
