AFAIUI, sources are being generated in build time from OOXML specs
from http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/files/ECMA-ST/Office%20Open%20XML%20Part%204%20(DOCX).zip

Check out https://svn.apache.org:443/repos/asf/poi/branches/ooxml and
build it with ant, this jar will be generated automatically
