Did "KARAF-2574 - Improve message when .sshkaraf/known_hosts key changed" get rolled back?

Karaf v3.0.3
I am not seeing the improved message described in KARAF-2574[1] when the ssh host identification has changed.


> karaf@root()> ssh:ssh -p 8102 karaf@localhost
> Connecting to host localhost on port 8102
> Server key for host localhost/127.0.0.1:8102 does not match the stored key !! Terminating session.

Did the patch get rolled back?
