[ANN] Apache Karaf Cellar 3.0.1 released

Hi all,

The Apache Karaf team is pleased to announce the availability of Apache 
Karaf Cellar 3.0.1.

This release is a major upgrade of Cellar, including important 
improvement of the sync behaviour.
