[jira] Created: (MCHANGELOG-18) time portion of the revision date is still 00:00:00

time portion of the revision date is still 00:00:00
---------------------------------------------------

         Key: MCHANGELOG-18
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MCHANGELOG-18
     Project: Maven 2.x Changelog Plugin
        Type: Improvement

    Versions: 2.0
 Environment: osx 10.4.5, java 1.4.2_09
    Reporter: Julian Wood
    Priority: Minor

All the times in the changelog report, for each commit, are 00:00:00. The date portion is correct.

This in fact was my configuration problem, but I wanted to bring it up anyway. I guess I was tilted because I had reported this problem before, seen it fixed, only to have it come back again. I then spent a bunch of time debugging to find out where the problem was, only to see that it was just a config issue. The solution was to specify the dateFormat element in the report configuration, but I didn't notice this. So I'm hoping the included patch to the site docs might make that more clear for the next person.

Thanks,

J
