Defining custom log levels

Hello All,

We would like to use just two logging levels in our project (namely
standard and verbose). We don't want to
use the exisiting levels(ALL, DEBUG, ERROR, FATAL, INFO, OFF and
WARN).How do we achieve this? 
Do we have to subclass org.apache.log4j.Level class?
