   ### Description
   
   Format the order of imports by the spotless plugin.
   
   Referring to the practice of the Flink community(https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/master/pom.xml?#L2060), the order of import in the code is fixed through the spotless plugin.
   
   First is `org.apache.inlong`, followed by other three-party packages, followed by `javax`, `java`, and finally `static` import.
