[PR] chore: dependabot - ignore classgraph 6.x, it needs Java 25 [camel]

Adds `io.github.classgraph:classgraph` major updates to the Dependabot ignore list, next to the existing fugue 7 entry.
classgraph 6.0.0 is compiled for Java 25 (class file version 69, no multi-release fallback), and it removes `ResourceList.forEachByteArrayThrowingIOException`, which `camel-datasonnet` uses. #27940 failed to compile for that reason and was closed. 4.8.x patch updates are still proposed.
