   I think that it would be good for outside contributors to see a direct link to the release process, which we maintainers know has both the tooling and the documentation within <https://github.com/apache/cordova-coho>.

   I think there should be a link to the release process in <https://cordova.apache.org/contribute/>.

   I cannot think of any decent workarounds for this. I can think of a couple possible lame workarounds such as posting this information on somewhere on GitHub.
