problem with apache forrest

Hi, 
 
I'm running apache forrest 0.7 and i have a problem with cocoon. 
For certain files i get the following error:

I attached a few logfiles too, because i don't know what those errors
mean. 

I've postet this problem on the forrest list but nobody can help me...
