Newbie setup of Spamassasin

I am new and working on setting up Spamassasin 2.64 with Postfix.   I would like to know if you can point me to the right site and directions to setup spamassassin to work with postfix.  I would like to configure it the most efficient way.  Can you lead me to any docs to help me.  Can you also help me understand the difference of using spamc and spamd daemons?  Thanks.
