Neethi now setup in Nexus....

Neethi should now be all setup in Nexus for releases from there.   Thus, I'd 
like to get the releases for 2.0.5 and 3.0 started.  If there are no 
objections, I'll go ahead and build those tomorrow and get the votes started.

Sure.   Done.   

I changed it from a direct log call to calling a protected no-op method that a 
subclass (like in CXF) could override to either log or throw an exception or 
something.
