registration does not work. web site would not load. did all things listed as
possible problems. this is the only site that will not load. tried in 4
browsers. IE9, Firefox,Chrome and Maxthon.

There is no user registration in Apache OpenOffice 3.4.0. There was in
OpenOffice.org 3.4.0 beta and in OpenOffice.org 3.3.0 and earlier.
Be sure to download the latest version of OpenOffice from
http://www.openoffice.org/download
