1) Files view gets created by default with local ambari manage cluster config
2) go to the view instance, click Edit on the Cluster Configuration area
3) switch the radio to manual
4) click Cancel button to NOT save that edit
5) the radio does not switch back to Local, it should because I cancelled my edit
