[I] Package GeeseFS in the computing-unit image and add the fuseMountEnabled Helm flag [texera]
aicam opened a new issue, #6607:
URL: https://github.com/apache/texera/issues/6607
Part of #6606 (dataset mounting into computing-unit pods).
## Goal
Lay the packaging groundwork for FUSE dataset mounting: ship the **GeeseFS** binary inside the computing-unit image and add a default-off Helm flag to gate the feature. This PR is intentionally **dormant** — it installs the tooling and the switch, but nothing reads or acts on the flag yet, so there is no behavior change.
## Changes
**1. Install GeeseFS + FUSE in the computing-unit image** (`bin/dockerfiles/computing-unit-master.dockerfile`)
- Add `fuse3`, `libcap2-bin`, `curl`.
- Download a pinned GeeseFS release (`ARG GEESEFS_VERSION`) to `/usr/local/bin/geesefs`, `chmod 755`.
- `setcap cap_sys_admin+ep /usr/local/bin/geesefs` so the non-root image user can mount FUSE file systems when the pod grants the capability (privileged computing units, handled in a later PR).
**2. Add the Helm flag** (`bin/k8s/values.yaml`)
- New `workflowComputingUnitPool.fuseMountEnabled` (default `false`) with a comment explaining it enables FUSE dataset mounting and requires privileged pods + LakeFS credentials.
**3. Plumb the flag to the computing-unit manager** (`bin/k8s/templates/base/workflow-computing-unit-manager/workflow-computing-unit-manager-deployment.yaml`)
- Set `KUBERNETES_COMPUTING_UNIT_FUSE_MOUNT_ENABLED` env from `.Values.workflowComputingUnitPool.fuseMountEnabled`.
## Non-goals (later PRs in the stack)
- Reading the flag / creating privileged pods / injecting credentials.
- The mount manager, dataset resolution, and the Python UDF property.
## Verification
- Build the computing-unit image and confirm `geesefs` is present and has the `cap_sys_admin` file capability (`getcap /usr/local/bin/geesefs`).
- `helm template` renders `KUBERNETES_COMPUTING_UNIT_FUSE_MOUNT_ENABLED=false` by default and `true` when `workflowComputingUnitPool.fuseMountEnabled=true`.
- Existing deployments are unaffected (flag defaults off; no reader yet).

Consolidated into the parent #6606 — the whole GeeseFS repository-mount feature is delivered in a single PR (#6608) rather than a stack of sub-issues, so closing this as superseded. The work described here is included in #6608.
