Summary: Turbine does not work with the avalonized Fulcrum
Description: To work with the Avalonized Fulcrum, Turbine needs to start and initialize the FulcrumContainer.  It is not clear what the property should be named to specify the avalon-roles.xml file for Avalon to work.  I took it to be fulcrumcontainer.properties = dir/to/avalonroles.xml.
