[jira] [Created] (PHOENIX-1685) Update decimal datatype documentation to explicitly indicates a user can specify precision & scale

Jeffrey Zhong created PHOENIX-1685:
--------------------------------------

Summary: Update decimal datatype documentation to explicitly indicates a user can specify precision & scale
                 Key: PHOENIX-1685
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-1685
             Project: Phoenix
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Jeffrey Zhong
            Assignee: Jeffrey Zhong
            Priority: Minor

We don't explicitly mention that a user can specify precision & scale for decimal like DECIMAL(precision, scale) in page http://phoenix.apache.org/language/datatypes.html#decimal_type though There is a decimal example hinted that's the case in another doc page.
