Remove user logo wall to a submenu

Hi All:


As required by Apache IPMC[1], we need to move the User Logo Wall from Homepage to a submenu.
A PR[2] has been submitted to change this.


Now we can view the user cases or user logo from the sidebar "Doris User" menu.
