Summary: Intake: Group.removeFromRequest() doesn't work
Description: Resetting an Intake Group so that it can appear on consecutive pages without carrying over the values form the previous page should just be a matter of invoking removeFromRequest() on the Group concerned.  The problem is that this does not work and the values from the previous page are carried over to the new page.  No doubt the decoupled Intake service in fulcrum will also suffer from this problem.
