First screengrab shows the ToC. 

Second screengrab shows we have jumped to the section named "Get and build the server". You can see that the section heading is obscured by the overlay.

In HADDOCK an "overlay" has been added such that when a page is scrolled down, the user can still view the page title and Attach/Info/Edit/More buttons. However, when jumping to a section, this overlay blocks out the section heading.
