Oh, and Karl, I noticed you added Nicolás with the acute, in Latin-1. We
have to agree on an encoding; either plain ASCII, which means no
accents, or UTF-8, which means I get my caron, too. :-)
And you should fix the log message, it says you added him to HACKING...

Good idea!
I have converted it to UTF-8 and added Branko's caron and Tobias's
latinsmallletterowithdiaresisthatsoundspainfulihopeitgetsbetter to
their names.
I'll see about making hook that protects the .po files also protect
COMMITTERS.

I agree, and I vote for UTF-8 because I want my ö (LATIN SMALL LETTER O
WITH DIAERESIS) in there too. :-)
