*I am sorry but this behaviour was not present in the version 2.17.7.*

Following the documentation the field region is used as:

"The region who the bucket is located. This option is used in the {{com.amazonaws.services.s3.model.CreateBucketRequest}}."

The correct field is amazonS3Endpoint.

By the way, I did a test and it does not work.

 

Could you please perform a test before close this ticket?
