Added: lib fulcrum-1.0.jar
Log:
- adding fulcrum jar which contains the core service code and services
that were moved from turbine to fulcrum proper. the services will
be packaged in separate jars but for now everything is in one jar.

That's probably a good idea, and people who are more fulcrum savvy
can customize as they please.

I would personally prefer a "default" distribution of fulcrum that has all
of the services packaged in it.
