4.0 betas would get much better tested...

...if there was cleaner ditribution directory, so many more impatient users
could start using it without much hassle and knowledge, and contribute with
bug reports before final.
IMO, although necessary, it was already a bit confusing this thing about
downloading non-ASF dependencies in 3.0, and now in 4.0, distribution
directory is really messy (I guess it comes straight from CVS). I just tried
to build Workbench, and since there is no workbench.war inside distribution
which BTW would be quite cool for impatient Tapestry evaluators, and I had
to set hivebuild dir inside build.properties, and still got some errors
during build, so I gave up.

If distribution dir was something as most understandable to anyone :

/tapestry-4.0
  /lib/
  /src
  /docs
  build.xml
  tapestry-4.0.jar
  tapestry-contrib-4.0.jar
  ....and other packaged libs....
README-IMPORTANT.txt (saying that one should start build.xml for
donwloading 2 non-ASF libs)

I think that people would be using it in a matter of minutes. I know there
are bunch of things/bugs that should be worked on, but I hope it directory
would look similary to this in final release.

Regards,
Vjeran
