[PR] docs: add AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and expand README [sling-org-apache-sling-scripting-spi]

Adds AI agent context files and improves the project README for better onboarding and tooling guidance.
- Added `AGENTS.md` with a full project overview, core Maven commands, project layout, development patterns, Git workflow, testing guidelines, and common gotchas
- Added `CLAUDE.md` that delegates to `AGENTS.md` via `read @AGENTS.md`
- Expanded `README.md` to describe both exported packages (`org.apache.sling.scripting.spi.bundle` and `org.apache.sling.api.resource.type`), note Java 17 and dual servlet API support, and add a "Build and verification" section with common Maven commands
