[GitHub] couchdb pull request: make CI build faster

    couchdb is in the middle of becoming clustered (via Cloudant code contribution) and most of the code is now in dependencies that rebar pulls. Changing the clone depth for the top-level will certainly speed up builds but it won't affect the subprojects depths builds, I think, so it might be not be as helpful as you originally thought.
