[PR] Support sink config key for pipe request slicing [iotdb]

   - Support pipe_sink_request_slice_threshold_bytes with pipe_connector_request_slice_threshold_bytes as fallback
   - Update IT config helper to emit the sink key
   - Add unit coverage for sink/connector precedence

   - mvn -pl iotdb-core/node-commons,integration-test spotless:apply -P with-integration-tests
   - mvn -pl iotdb-core/node-commons -Dtest=PipeDescriptorTest test
