Verified the specified commit (commit fb63083cf41d184b06d863f7e97c94f53173937b) is included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.

Verified, via review, change identified in the commit comment were implemented. 

Verified the affected daffodil subproject sbt test suite executed successfully including the added test.
