Functional test org/apache/harmony/test/func/api/javax/print/F_PrintTest_01/F_PrintTest_01should be run on machine with at least one installed printer.

If no printer installed test fails reporting "No installed printers".

Suggets also add configuration note to the functional README file about this issue, i.e. need to install a printer before func suite run.
