prefetch patch, again

Hi again,

sorry but i found an error in the patch i just sent. if you dont
specifiy a collection-class in the mapping it crashes :-(

this new patch should fix that.

Hi Michael,

I have applied your patch. I don't inderstand why does this make difference, 
which collection type is used internally by prefetcher, but I also don't see 
any drawbacks of your changes.
