OOZIE-1563

Hi guys,
I filed a bug https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE-1563. This is related to a licensing issue after SLA in colt jar. We have LGPL license in some of the Hep classes and other classes which can restrict the distribution and usage of oozie. Can anyone from yahoo look into the issue?
