Board report for December 2021 has been submitted

Hi guys,

since there's nothing new to report and in order to ease things I directly submitted the due December board report without letting you proofread it... hope that's ok for you!

The report is available at our wiki [1]

I think we'll need to think about archiving the project in 2022?
