could not get a worker for name ajp12

My isapi.log file says:

Thu Feb 21 13:27:44 2002]  [jk_isapi_plugin.c (722)]: HttpExtensionProc error, could not get a worker for name ajp12


Why occur that?
I'm Using IIS5+tomcat 4.0.2+w2k
