Wiki entry - Interpreting Statement Execution Plan information, StmtExecutionPlan

Hi,

I compiled some information gleaned from Sunitha 
Kambhampati and Mike Matrigali and created a wiki entry:

This page is a short entry about how to interpret some of the
information presented in the Statement Execution Plan
section when using the RUNTIMESTATISTICS call.

I'd appreciate it if folks with additional information or 
knowledge could glance at it and either correct any
incorrect information or add info to it.
